Welcome!
Situated on the SE tip of Coral Springs is a community
of 441 single-family homes known as The Crossings Landowners
Association. The Crossings Landowners Association is
a non-profit Association that is maintained and managed
by TMG
Management.
Coral Springs scored the highest in its leisurely
activities and park space. The City has over
60 parks available within walking distance for many
local residents. Coral Springs also scored highly on
safety. While the majority of the county's crime rates
are on the rise, Coral Springs dropped a total of 17%.
In 2005, the City was also ranked the 23 rd safest city
in the nation according to Morgan Quitno Press, making
it the City with the lowest crime rate in Florida. The
City of Coral Springs, a two-time Governor's Sterling
Award winner, was also identified as one of the 100
Best Communities for Young People by America's Promise
Alliance for Youth. "We were very pleased to learn that
Coral Springs had ranked so highly in Money's Best Places
to Live listings," said City Manager Michael Levinson.
"It's a testament to all those who serve the community
and to the City's business model, which is based on
direct feedback from residents." |
