Architectural
Design Form – all work must be approved by
the the Crossings Board of Directors before
any work is performed.
The Crossings Board reviews all applications, plans,
specifications, materials and samples submitted to determine
compliance with the standards and policy set forth in
the association documents.
Work should not commence until final approval is received
from the Crossings HOA.
Painting
All homes in the Crossings require that exterior painting
complies with color schemes from the City of Coral Springs.
Landscaping, Patios, Pools, Screen Enclosures,
etc.
Remember to submit your plans for approval.
In addition to those mentioned above, all exterior
changes to your home require Association approval via
the Architectural Design Form to ensure proper community aesthetics.
